We stand behind the quality of every product we produce. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues — please refer to our size guide before purchasing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at chaosandcalmau@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Colour Variation Whilst we represent our products as accurately as possible, colours may vary slightly from how they appear on screen due to monitor settings and the nature of the printing process. This is not considered a fault.
